Canoing and Kayaking taster course at Hereford and Borders Canoes
Only a few months ago, snow seem to have covered the whole of UK, now that the nicer weather are here again, especially with summer around the corner, outdoor pursuits like Canoing and Kayaking can one more be enjoyed.
For those who are completely new to Canoes and Kayaks, one of the best ways to get into the sport is by attending introductory course. Even better if you can have a taster course before you commit yourself fully to the course.
Herefordshire and Borders Canoe and Kayaks offer taster courses for beginners every year, dates for the 2009 course has just been announced, table below shows available dates:

One of the unique things about Canoe and Kayak taster courses organised by HB Canoe is the fact that you get a go on a large artificial lake on their premises, you do not have to do your training on and open river until you are confident enough.
